The 2015 Denver Designer Show House: A Cherry Creek Experience

In an effort to promote the incredible lifestyle experience of living in Cherry Creek, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) announced the 2015 Denver Designer Show House (DDSH): a Cherry Creek Experience, which will take place September 23 – 27, and October 2-4, 2015. This event will share the latest in interior design with the community by welcoming the public to tour a duplex in Cherry Creek that has been transformed by Denver’s top interior designers. Local Cherry Creek North businesses, including boutiques and restaurants, will participate in the event, offering a taste of Cherry Creek living with DDSH participants.

The event benefits Children’s Hospital Colorado, which has received over $200,000 in monies raised from prior DDSH events.

“We chose Children’s Hospital Colorado as the beneficiary five years ago because of the amazing work they do saving lives and helping so many children in Colorado,” said LIV Sotheby’s International Realty broker, Trish Bragg. “The Designer Show House event is in perfect alignment with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s vision and value surrounding lifestyle, exceptional properties, and most importantly, giving back to the city that supports us,”

Denver Designer Show House originated through the efforts LIV SIR brokers, Trish Bragg and Maggie Armstrong, to support Children’s Hospital Colorado and gain exposure for a unique co-listing located in the historic Country Club neighborhood of Denver. The sellers had moved out of the home and Bragg and Armstrong felt some color and life would help show the property at its best, so they invited a handful of Denver’s top interior designers to decorate the rooms, and opened it up to the public for tours.

“We are proud to recognize Maggie and Trish’s ongoing mission to support Children’s Hospital Colorado through the thoughtful and exciting design theme that is at the heart of the Denver Design Show House,” said Shannel Ryan, managing broker, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. “This year, the entire LIV SIR firm will spearhead the signature event with a new twist- a complete Cherry Creek neighborhood experience. LIV SIR is tremendously grateful for the opportunity Maggie and Trish have given us to carry the tradition of excellence forward.”

The duplex, located at 512 and 514 Cook Street, will be transformed over the coming weeks with one side being done in a neutral palette and the other in full color.
